Sacrifices
Question
Hello Rabbi,
Attached here is a link to remarks delivered by Rabbi Shmuel Nadel (the son of…)
At around minute 22 he talks about offering sacrifices nowadays, and there he repeats something he heard in the name of the Chazon Ish: that they told him they wanted to offer the Passover sacrifice, and the Chazon Ish said that this would be turning it into a "slaughterhouse."
Does the Rabbi agree with that?
And if so, why is this different from the commandment of the lulav, whose meaning we also do not understand?
Answer
I haven't heard it, but at first glance I really do not agree. It is a commandment like any other commandment.
