Question

I seem to recall that a few years ago you published an article about “damaging property or negligence,” in which you argued that since a person's property is part of his metaphysical being, that is enough to obligate him for damage caused by his property.
Since the journal is not accessible, does the Rabbi have a Word or PDF copy? I looked on the site and couldn’t find it.
