Hello Rabbi,
Isn’t it possible to argue against the proof from morality that morality arose among us out of the human species’ experience that this is what is most beneficial for its survival? True, the definition of morality does not depend on its consequences, but perhaps humanity learned (through a kind of internal evolutionary process) to adopt precisely this kind of morality because experience shows that it pays off the most for it (and for all its individuals).
