When we oppose postmodernism, are we reacting to it the way the Haredim opposed modernity?

I don’t know who "we" is. Are you asking me, or some group? As for myself, I oppose their view not only on religious grounds but mainly on philosophical grounds. I don’t know what exactly the comparison to the Haredi opposition to modernity is meant to imply. In both cases there is opposition to new ideas—that is certainly true by definition.
