Q&A: Miri Regev
Miri Regev
Question
A fierce argument broke out בעקבות Regev’s remarks to Eyal Berkovic.
A. Who do you think is right?
If people label politicians in Likud as a criminal organization, does that also apply to the demonstrators?
B. In your opinion, how did public discourse in the country get to such a level?
Answer
I don’t know what this is about, and I think it really does not honor us here to be dealing with those figures. Both of them.
Discussion on Answer
To Eyal — greetings,
Rabbi Michael Abraham’s avoiding dealing with Berko is understandable, since Ms. Regev defined him as a “steak,” and the Rabbi is vegetarian and abstains from steaks 🙂
The avoidance of discussing Miri Regev, in my humble opinion, stems from the fact that “Eyal Berko Regev Miri” has the initials A-B-R-M, and since the Rabbi has already risen to the level of “Abraham” — it is no longer fitting for him to deal with the category of “Abram,” for whoever calls Abraham “Abram” violates a positive commandment.
Ethics obligates us not to touch a “steak,” and Jewish law obligates us to abstain from “Abram.”

Hahahaha, Shatz, you’re killing me. Next time give warning so I don’t accidentally choke.
So Miri Regev, a minister in the government of Israel, is that far beyond the pale?
What about her behavior shocks you so much?
