Publicizing the Miracle

Hello, honorable Rabbi,
A somewhat strange question, but I’ll ask it anyway: can one say that there is a halakhic value in uploading the lighting of Hanukkah candles to social media (Facebook, Instagram, and the like) because of publicizing the miracle? After all, the miracle will certainly be publicized much more that way than by placing it on the windowsill (especially if this is someone who lives in a relatively isolated place, etc.). What does the Rabbi think?

Not long ago I received a Facebook post claiming exactly this, and I was very enthusiastic about it. I think it is definitely worth considering, and there is real substance to it. On the conceptual level it is obvious, but also on the halakhic level. When I have time, I’ll devote a chapter to this.
