Some time ago I came across a file of the Rabbi’s summary of a lecture on the commandment of destroying leaven. The Rabbi discussed there the relationship between the Talmudic passage in Tractate Pesachim and the Mishnah in Temurah, brought the Steipler’s Kehillot Yaakov, and so on. How can I get that file?

I don’t remember. Whatever I have is here on the site. Maybe there’s a recording on the yeshiva’s site there (though as far as I know Oren moved the links here).
I don’t think that’s what I was talking about—the lecture I came across was one you gave at the Yiruham Yeshiva back in the day.
