The Rabbi quoted the philosopher Saul Kripke in Concept Analysis lesson 5 (minute 22): "Concepts are created by baptism… the social act that creates a concept is a kind of baptism." I wanted to know whether the Rabbi could point me to the source.

You can read his book Naming and Necessity, and also the introduction by the translator Yishai Reuveni.
And proof that concepts are created through baptism is that only after we dip the karpas do we begin defining concepts such as: "This is the bread of affliction," "We were slaves," and so on 🙂
