I’m not well-versed in the details, but my impression is that there is a problem with how we relate to them. The state has not set a policy and does not give them an orderly option and mechanism to make a refugee claim and regularize their status. On the other hand, the residents of south Tel Aviv are obviously not to blame, and an appropriate solution must be found for them as well. The number of infiltrators is not large (about 30,000), and I think the problem is being blown out of reasonable proportion.
