Q&A: Social Interactions
Social Interactions
Question
Hello Rabbi,
I read that good interaction between people takes place when their intelligence levels are close to one another.
Where I read this, they classified it by IQ level (which, by the way, is deficient for people with attention disorders/learning disabilities, and even more so when combined with giftedness).
They defined it as meaning that a person can communicate well with someone 30 points above or below him or her. That is, a person with an IQ equivalent to 160 would be able to communicate with 130-160-190.
I know there are problems with IQ tests, but in general, with respect to intelligence, as someone who apparently has a very high IQ—do you think this is true?
Thank you

I don’t know.
