Throwing Away Leftover Vegetables and Fruit During the Sabbatical Year

Hello,
Like most people, I assume, sometimes I throw leftover organic food (peels, the part of an apple that people don’t eat, and the like) in various places out in nature (in a way that people won’t see it, so it won’t look like trash). Or for example, I have a small garden at home (only weeds grow there) that I sometimes throw it into. The question is whether this is forbidden during the Sabbatical year, because it might be fertilizing the soil or for other reasons. Thank you.

However, if it’s not a place where people plant, it seems to me that this would not count as fertilizing.
