Question

A new refrigerator for the house.
When should one recite the blessing "Who is good and does good"?
When deciding to buy it?
At the actual purchase?
At payment?
When it arrives home?
When the plastic wrapping is removed and the products are transferred from the old refrigerator to the new one?
At all of these stages?
 
Or perhaps not at all.
As far as I’m concerned, what worked well for 19 years was supposed to keep going for another 19 years.
