To the Rabbi, hello,
There is currently a book sale at Mossad Harav Kook.
They have Rabbi Amiel’s book Methods for the Study of Jewish Law, vol. 1. A. What is the Rabbi’s opinion of the book? B. Does the Rabbi think that Rabbi Amiel and the Chazon Ish were equal on a scholarly level, and if not, who was the greater Torah scholar? C. Maybe the Rabbi knows why the Chazon Ish fought with him [I saw in one of his collections that he wrote about him in an unflattering way].
