Answer

I was not on the panel. I’m not one of those who hides, and if I had been there I would have appeared under my own name, as I did in the case I dealt with.
I did not participate because I was not invited to the panel. It is possible that this case was referred to me in the past (I do not remember, because several cases were referred to me, and in most of them I did not see justification for doing so, unlike in my own case). I am thinking of writing a special post about this and clarifying this grave topic.
