Hello Rabbi,
I would be glad to know whether it is permitted to carry on the Sabbath on Jabotinsky Street in Bnei Brak
(from Pardes Katz to Bnei Brak and vice versa).
I tried a bit to look into the issue online and in general,
and I came away completely confused.
I would be glad to know the Rabbi's view.

I have no idea. There are two problems there: whether this is a public domain on a Torah level (as is commonly accepted from the Chazon Ish), and whether the eruv is effective (whether it is maintained, and whether an eruv that includes secular Jews is possible). There are non-halakhic tools. You simply count. But one has to decide what counts as a passerby, and whether this applies to every part of the road, etc.
Nachmanides' view is a logical argument, and it has merit.

I didn't really understand what the Rabbi wrote.
What does this have to do with what is accepted from the Chazon Ish?
There are no halakhic tools to determine this.
Does the Rabbi think there is room for the view of Nachmanides,
that a domain leading from one city to another is not considered a thoroughfare of 600,000?
