In my opinion, definitely not. I just now wrote about this in response to another question. Property swept away by the sea refers to an object that is lost to everyone. Here we are not dealing with a single physical object, but with many people deriving enjoyment from the same work. In such a situation, the fact that others do not pay for their enjoyment does not permit you not to pay for your enjoyment. What connection is there between the two? Some halakhic decisors have written this, but in my view it is nonsense and of course also immoral.
I will only add that if you don’t watch movies for religious reasons, I would be much more careful about downloads like these for religious reasons.
