In any case, he is a Breslov Hasid who was connected to Eliezer Berland and is now one of his fiercest opponents. He has lectures on YouTube, and it is clear that he understands philosophy at a very high level. There is a lecture of his called "Inviting the Atheist," etc., in which he explains the moral argument very well, and a long lecture called "The Absolute Good, the Absolute Evil," etc., where he explains many concepts of divinity in philosophy and Kabbalah. To the point that it is actually jarring to see a Breslov Hasid like that—simplicity and innocence—speaking philosophically at such a level. On the other hand, he also has many lectures in which he explains stories of Rabbi Nachman or various phenomena in his own unique way, with a deep understanding of the human psyche and emotion, but with a somewhat deeper look it is clear that this is, at most, just homiletics, though good homiletics.
