A. It seems problematic to me. In my opinion, Bibi is already completely incapacitated today, and it was a mistake to allow him to run and be elected.
B. I completely agree. The practical question is how much such a community could function abroad; that is a practical question that needs discussion. But the spirit of the things is certainly correct.
