Hello Rabbi,
It's well known that every destructive event has positive side effects. For example, the Holocaust contributed to the establishment of the State of Israel, and COVID brought us working from home and Zoom. What do you think will be the positive outcomes of 10/7? Some initial things I thought of:
1. Replacing Bibi
2. Reducing the division among the Jewish people that existed on the eve of the war
3. Mandatory enlistment for Haredim (the ultra-Orthodox)
4. Canceling the judicial reform – following from item 1

I don't know where you got the claim that every destructive event has positive outcomes. But so be it. I don't deal in predictions. We'll wait and see.

What I meant was that this is a bizarre statement that gives hugely excessive weight to political nonsense, and I illustrated it with a similar statement about Bush. Not that the situations are similar in any way.
2, 3, and 4 are completely far-fetched.
1 is, at most, a cautious bet, and it's also equivalent to saying, "One of the advantages of 9/11 was Bush's electoral strengthening."
