Q&A: Does One Act of Repentance Help for All Sins?
Does One Act of Repentance Help for All Sins?
Question
Or does one need to repent for each and every sin separately?
Answer
In principle, repentance is required for each sin. This includes verbal confession (saying the sin out loud). However, in my article on repentance I wrote that if a person undergoes complete repentance, it helps for all sins together. But that usually does not happen.
