The Torah explains that if we do the will of God, then things will go well for a person — “and I will give your rain,” etc., and more along those lines. So where is that?! I see righteous people who suffer. (And if the answer is that they receive reward in the World to Come, then why does the Torah write that by keeping the Torah it will be good for us here and now?)
