I don’t remember the context. As for Chabad too, I don’t think that in their actual practice there are Torah-level transgressions. There are things that are very ugly, reminiscent of idolatry, and have a whiff of idolatry about them, but it’s hard to determine halakhically that there is actual idolatry there.
