Question
What is your opinion about the differences in IQ results between Blacks and whites (in America and Europe)?
Do you think this stems from genetics (that one race is naturally less intelligent than the other), or from culture and environment?
Answer
I’m not familiar with the data. But they could stem from genetics, or from environment, or even from biases in the tests themselves. Anything is possible. How do you expect me to answer a question like that?

I don’t “want” you to answer in any particular way other than the way that seems right to you; that’s why I asked. Just to remove any doubt, I’m not some racist looking for you to answer “race” in order to reinforce some latent racism in me. As for the data, the data are embedded in the question, and as for a well-founded interpretation (culture versus bias, etc.) — at the moment there isn’t one. If there were, I wouldn’t have needed to ask your opinion; I’m asking because there isn’t. But thanks 🙏
Blacks are, as is well known, inclined toward Homo sapiens.
Whites are mixed a bit with Neanderthals (up to 4% in each individual’s genetics).
So there is a racial difference.
