Question

If you could give a satisfactory explanation of how a Creator who is “not in time and not in space” interacts with something that is in time and space—simply explain what this is, or what that point of contact is; how there can be contact from within the non-spatial with what is spatial; how He affects things; how this interaction works, where something non-material, not subject to space and not subject to time, affects something that is subject to those things. It seems to me that this is not just a matter of “we still don’t know the mechanism”; it is on the level of “it doesn’t seem like such a mechanism could exist at all.” It sounds like magic and fantasy from fantasy movies. That is how it comes across to me.
Therefore I would be glad if you have an explanation for this, or if you disagree with something in the above claim; and if so, I would appreciate it if you would explain what and why, because this is something that really bothers me.
