Kant’s Rejection of the Physico-Theological Argument
Question
I saw that the Rabbi presented in his books and notebooks Kant’s 3 proofs for the existence of God. In his book Critique of Pure Reason, Kant rejects all three of them. I tried reading the book itself and didn’t really understand his rejection. Is the rejection basically “who created the Creator?” or does he have a different rejection?
Answer
In the book I discuss his refutations. This is not the place to give a lesson on that.
