Question

Today is the coronation of Rabbi David Yosef as Rishon LeZion. I know you do not think highly of his brother, Rabbi Yitzhak. In your opinion, is Rabbi David also considered a great Torah scholar because of his lineage, or, as far as you know, is he in fact an outstanding Torah scholar?
And this is of course unrelated to his election as Chief Rabbi, which was obviously because of his lineage.
