Question

In a year when the Behab fasts are observed after Passover, but it turns out that one of the fast days falls right in the middle of Independence Day, what is the ruling?
Should one skip one of the fast days?
Or in general postpone the whole series of fasts to the following week?
(Assuming this is a festival day with Hallel, eating and drinking, song and celebration, and not fasting, supplications, and penitential prayers.)
