Regarding the creation story, as I said there after the lecture to those who asked, the biblical text is not interpreted in a factual-literal way. Maimonides and Nachmanides already pointed this out even before there was any apologetic need for it (as there is nowadays). Therefore I am not especially interested in claims that try to reconcile these pictures with one another (along the lines of Nathan Aviezer’s books; you can see attempts at reconciliation there).
