Question

Hello Rabbi,
Recently I came across the proposal of the Middle East scholar Dr. Moti Kedar to establish “Palestinian emirates” in the cities of Judea and Samaria, based on a tribal-urban division instead of a sovereign Palestinian state.
As you see the issue of the Land of Israel and Jewish-Arab relations, how do you evaluate this proposal? Is it preferable to the existing proposals?
