I understand that you are bringing this up following my words that nothing can be learned from the Bible.
But in my opinion, there is no obstacle to learning halakha from the Bible. After all, even the prohibition of meat, dairy, and pork is learned from the Bible. My argument is that learning non-halakhic values or principles (even historical ones, in many cases) cannot be done from there.
As for the actual teaching, I'm not sure we can learn from that that it was permissible for the sons of Noah. After all, God commanded them not to work in partnership. What they were not punished for is that they were coerced because they truly believed in partnership (see my next message).
