Between a man and his friend

שו"תBetween a man and his friend
שאל לפני 4 שנים

Do you rule in practice and in law, like the building of Zion, that for every prohibition that exists between a man and his fellow, he shall be killed and not crossed (such prohibitions as crossing outside my territory)? Do you rule in practice that it is truly forbidden to save oneself with the wealth of one's fellow?

It is difficult for me, after studying an issue carefully, and after establishing the methods on their foundations, to stand firm on the laws that depart from what I have understood.

In fact, it is very difficult to rule like this. But not because of the other Rishonim, but because even if I go outside my territory, I will do that too because of the פיקון and then I will pay. And the matter is similar to Toss Shabbat 4:1, where if they tell a person not to eat the fat, they will not hear it because they are obligated to die, and in any case they do not prohibit it from him. This is a meta-halakhic or extra-halakhic permission, but in my opinion the halakhic itself is indeed Karshi and the building of Zion.
