Blood of Nida and blood of gonorrhea

Hello Rabbi, I wanted to ask if there is a known physical difference between the blood of a woman and the blood of a gonorrhea (that is, if we examine it in a medical test, for example, we will see different results between the blood types)?
If there is indeed a physical difference, why is it impossible to medically test the blood and thus help resolve cases of halachic infertility, for example?
