Hello Rabbi.
I feel that if I engage in a sincere study of those who disagree with us, I will first become one of those who perceive our world in a fragmented way, and then, when I hear Judaism, I will say that it is stupid. If you think this is what awaits you – get over it. It's not essential, it's just a psychological bias.
By the way, studying Israeli thought is pretty worthless in my opinion. But finding out for yourself what you think is valuable. In short, not studying thought but thinking.
