Commitment to the Oral Torah

שו"תCommitment to the Oral Torah
שאל לפני 2 שנים

Peace to the rabbi
I did a little research on his honor and saw his extensive and wise involvement in matters of the Oral Torah. I know that my question will be a bit broad and requires a book or at least a trilogy, as the Rabbi has already published, which deals with one of his books on the same subject. However, on the subject of commitment to the Oral Torah, if the Rabbi can stand by our ability as humans to apply the various methods of Halacha in order not to reduce the world of Halacha and the worship of God, but how far does one cross the line where there is a cancellation of the authority of the Oral Torah, in other words, to what extent am I committed to the Oral Torah?
For example, on the subject of swallowing utensils, we know that the law of existence (according to most methods) does not swallow, meaning that there is no longer any interest in separating from swallowing the mixture of meat and milk, but I think there is also a spiritual idea of separation from a psychological point of view, the Orgon order, as I see in many sources in the Talmud, and therefore I will initially separate utensils, but in retrospect, if they are mixed, there should be no disgust.
How far does the line go for renewing the sources of halakhic rulings? Are we subject to the early Shoah, etc., etc.? Or is the ruling broader even at the cost of losing nationalism, the halakhic character that Maran Beit Yosef strove for?
Many thanks to the rabbi for all his work.

Too general a question. See column 560. If you want to discuss something, you will need to define a concrete question.
