Hello, where do you recommend I look regarding the authority of customs? A custom that is nonsense on the one hand, and a custom that uproots halakha on the other. When do they say this and when that, and all the rules in this

I don't know of a source that summarizes the material. It seems to me that Szczypanski's book on the regulations also deals with customs. There is also a book by Sperber on the Customs of Israel, but I don't know it.
