Eggs from "Nature's Health" (Moshav Nir Zvi)

Hello Rabbi,
I saw that your daughter was eating Nir Zvi eggs and even described them as chickens that don't suffer at all.
Let's just say I can't claim anything, because I'm just in the process of becoming vegan (thanks to your column), but I have a real question – does your daughter know how the chickens get to Nir Zvi?
Because I called to find out, and Nir Zvi, apparently like all free-range chicken coops, gets their eggs from regular hatcheries. This means that while they don't suffer at all in the coop itself, they do have their beaks clipped and would have killed them if they were males.
In short – is shopping at Nir Zvi morally "kosher"?
