Shalom Rabbi Michi
In Parashat Balak, Chapter 24, Verse 16, "Hear the words of the Lord, and know that the Lord will see, and he will see that his face will be covered with tears and his eyes will be opened." Rashi writes in a commentary that he knows when God is angry, as is stated in the Sanhedrin 2:2. Isn't it a bit ridiculous to interpret it this way? It turns out that God has no choice because when a person is angry, they expect him to overcome himself, and this cannot save him from punishment if he did something bad as a result of his anger. But if God is angry and Balaam curses, then He forces him to act according to His will. (Balaam's)
2, Likewise, regarding a supposed catrog, one reminds the Lord, and then he must harm the object of the catrog.
Who thirstily drinks your words
