God is good.
Hello Rabbi, is God good? Is there evidence for this? (Sources will not help me.) And if there is no evidence, why am I obligated to Him? The fact that He created me is not enough if there is no evidence that it is for my benefit, and the fact that He commanded me does not mean that I should listen if I do not know if it is truly for my benefit.
If there is a column about this or if you have written about it at length, I would be happy if you could point me in the right direction.

Do you want videos of him? Character evidence? Or maybe a psychiatric report?
You are supposed to obey Him not because it is in your best interest but because it is the truth and because He created you. Doing something that is in your best interest is neither obedience nor obligation but simply an act of self-interest. Search here on the site for articles on philosophical gratitude.
