Haredi recruitment

Does the rabbi think that the Haredim will one day change or will their rabbis control them forever? If so, what is the key to change and will they enlist in the IDF even when they are 40% of the draft roll or will they always be stubborn to the horns of the altar? And what does the rabbi say about their claims from the legends of the Sages about the Torah being magna and mitzla, like with Hezekiah and the midrash and Mordechai with the babies of Rabban's house? Does that mean that this was the mindset of the Sages?
