Harm to those who abuse the law
In the article about a thief who goes underground, you wrote that the main reason it is permissible to kill him is because the thief relies on the protection of the law and misuses it: he relies on the fact that I will not violate "Thou shalt not murder" and exploits this to steal, so the Torah came and removed the protection in such a case.
According to the same logic, what would be the ruling regarding a roadblock that works in the same way: relying on people not to continue driving in order to harm them and block them? Does this rationale also apply here and would it be theoretically permissible to run him over?
