Is there theft in digital things?
A) There are books and files that were illegally copied/photographed, is it permissible to use them (I am not the one who stole them)
B) And even if I'm the one who breaks in myself, is it permissible? After all, I'm not stealing anything real.

In principle, there is theft in this, even though it is not a real thing. See my article on plagiarism and intellectual property. Although when they are already hacked and given to everyone, there is room for leniency like a seagull.
