More about panentheism

שו"תMore about panentheism

In the post about morality, you hinted that panentheism is a problematic thing.
It is known that you believe that nothing can be learned from the Bible (which indeed presents a monotheistic view), and therefore how God is presented there is irrelevant.
You also say that sages teach halakhah and here they have authority, but if they say philosophy, you know, it has no halakhic/authoritative significance and it is also not intellectually binding. This is because even if the great Lithuanian generation defines panentheism as heresy in his opinion, it is meaningless.
We are left with the halacha. Can you specify the halacha from which we conclude that anyone who believes that everything is an infinite unity is a heretic?

Your logic is wrong. You assume that it must be based on accuracy from the halakha, which it is not. Your assumption is that this is an argument from authority, and here you are wrong. There is no need to specify this from the halakha, as I did not say that the panentheist is a heretic. I said that his position is vague and not well-defined, or at least has no logical basis and no source. For this, you do not need sources of authority, but logical analysis. I will explain it briefly, because I have already done so. The claim that everything is in God comes to confront the opposing view that everything exists for itself, separate from God. The question is, what exactly is the difference between these two claims? Where is the disagreement and what is the NFP (not the practical, the mental)? One could say that He animates all of reality and without Him it has no existence. But that is a statement that long predates panentheism. It may or may not be true. Therefore, it seems that this claim refers to the ontological plane, that is, to the form of existence of the world and us. What does the claim that we all exist within God mean? Do you mean to say that I am a member of Him? This is a strange statement and its meaning is not clear to me. The claim that there are incomprehensible things beyond our world is also quite clear and nothing new. It is not panentheism.
