Hi Rabbi Michael Avraham
I saw in your words that you are dubious about the very sources of heaven and hell, and in general whether there is anything after death, only from the perspective of the logic that you yourself believe in.
I'm not here to criticize you or anything, I just want to hear your opinion on these sources.
Regarding inquiring of the dead, it is said, "And he who consults a friend, and consults a medium and a fortune-teller, and inquires of the dead." From this we can learn that it is theoretically possible to inquire of the dead.

There are several other sources on this subject.
But it repeats itself in every registered congregation.
The conclusion of the matter is, fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole purpose of man. For God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether good or evil.
There's more but that's the style and I assume you know it.
What do you think?

According to Maimonides, anyone who claims to be the dead is simply a fool. This is an act that has no real factual backing. As is known, the early ones disagreed on this. The trial is also not necessarily about lawyers.
