NPF in Tema Dkra
Sometimes the commentators of the Mishnah give different reasons for a particular law in the Mishnah, and I am not always able to find whether there is a nam between the reasons and I wanted to ask whether there always has to be a nam or sometimes everyone writes a reason but from a halachic perspective there will be no difference?

It doesn't have to be a nefm. Especially if it's a question of reasons according to Torah law, because according to law, there is no requirement for a reason to read. But usually, if the reason is different, it will be a nefm. You just have to think more.
