In honor of Rabbi Shalom
I settled for a few things.
I would be happy if the Rabbi could answer.
A. The Rambam wrote in the introduction to the Mishnayot that the sages differed on the source of the teaching, but all agree that it was taught, so it was the law of Moses from Sinai, and I was satisfied, for they differed on the Kiddushin.
In the Bible and in the Bible, a penny or a dinar and no one will share it. There is a Kiddushin with money. The question is how much money and if it is a receipt from Moses, we will disagree. And even if we say that we received from Moses that we sanctify with money, but not the lesson from Moses, the Rambam himself writes that this money is from the rabbis.
And seemingly contradicts himself, since they didn't disagree in the General Assembly whether to give money or not.
B. Are the standards required by the Torah from the Torah or the rabbis?

To the best of my knowledge, nothing of the kind is written there. It says that even if there is a dispute, this is not evidence that it is not a matter of the Central Bank. It does not say that every agreed law is the Central Bank. By the way, according to Maimonides, the Central Library is a law from the words of the scribes and not from the Torah. Regarding the sanctification of money, there have already been many interpretations. Maimonides himself, in a reply to Rabbi Pinchas the Dayan of Alexandria, wrote that this is because the matter comes from a sermon, and everything that comes from a sermon is from the words of the scribes (as explained in Shoresh II). I did not understand your question regarding the lesson. Even if the sanctification of money is from the Torah, the lesson can be controversial. What's more, there are many disagreements even in Torah law. As far as I know, it does not say in Rambam that there is no disagreement in Torah law. The laws that are taught in Midot according to Maimonides are from the words of scribes, as explained in Shoresh II.
