Rabbi Amit Kula

I heard your brief reference in Platonism that you cannot give up some kind of interaction at Mount Sinai, and it seems to me that the rabbi also added the miracles of the Exodus from Egypt, in contrast to the opinion of Rabbi Kula, who is willing to rule out any interaction and still observe Torah and commandments.
And I asked, what is the relationship between the statement that this is a perception that is ground-breaking and leaves no reason to believe, and what the rabbi said in Dogmatics that there is no such thing as thirteen principles and that people were never excluded because of their perceptions, but only when they violated the halakha, etc., etc.
Should we reject Rav Kola's opinion more forcefully or explain my opinion why he is wrong but leave him within the fence of understanding and inclusion? Is there even a fence that those who cross it oppose his opinion more than those who disbelieve in minor matters?
