I stole something not long ago by mistake, and indeed, thank God, I lost the same amount of money that I stole, but I don't know what to do about how to appease the person I stole from. He's a Gentile, and it was online, and I have no connection to him.

He who has stolen and I do not know from whom he stole, will give to the needs of many (Homo Si' Shasu and others). Although usually it is a question of many of whom the stolen is a part, and then the assumption is that the return will indirectly benefit him as well, but here it is apparently not possible to do so.
