Survival among the Israelites

I wanted to ask – the fact that the people of Israel are so small and yet manage to survive shows the strength of their survival or their weakness, because on the one hand people say, look, even though they murdered us in the Holocaust, etc., we still survived. On the other hand, maybe it means that our survival is not so certain because we are not growing in numbers like the Christians and Muslims.
