The blessing of him who put you to death by judgment and resurrection from the dead
Hello Rabbi,
A. How to recite the blessing "Asher Hamit Yekhem Ba Din" in a cemetery, if it concerns warriors who were killed in war/murdered, about whom it is said "Some perished without justice," and especially in light of the Rabbi's method.
on. How does the Rabbi relate to the Gemara that says "There is no resurrection of the dead from the Torah"?

A. Indeed problematic. But it is difficult for the Gemara and the Rabbis, not for me. One can bless and mean that death is based on the laws of nature and the choice given to humans, and this is the law. Law is law.
