Laws are not created by the bang. On the contrary, it is created within them. Furthermore, as David Yom has shown, this law is not empirical but a priori, and therefore it is likely that its validity is not conditioned by our reality.
Note that you assume that the law of causality (that everything must have a cause) must also have a cause (the bang).
